Grow your career with a global retailer as an Office Assistant within our Buying team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.

In this pivotal role, you will join a team that is at the heart of what makes ALDI unique: our products. As part of the Buying team, you will be involved in the journey of our products, from conception to our store shelves.

What does the role look like? 

  • Draft, submit and maintain relevant documentation
  • Generate relevant reports as required
  • Manage and coordinate product samples for weekly sampling
  • Perform product related artwork checks
  • Complete competition and catalogue checks as directed
  • Prepare weekly reporting pack for team
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support such as diary management, coordinating and scheduling meetings, organising travel arrangements, and submitting courier request forms
