What will you do?
Working with TSA, you will support MyCar - one of Australia's largest tyre, automotive service and repair businesses. You will be helping customers buy new tyres and schedule fitments. You will ask the right questions to understand the exact need of the customer, liaise with suppliers to ensure tyres are onsite and available, and then book the customer in at their closest My Car location on a day and time that suits them best.
MyCar’s biggest investment is their team, and the first thing you will learn is that they genuinely put their customers first.
What you need to know about the role:
- This is a part time position still working 5 days a week on a rotating roster
- You will work on a rotating roster between the hours of Monday to Saturday 8am 12pm
- 4 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week
- Must have stable fixed internet connection with a home office set up
