Qualified Butcher or a minimum of 5 years retail or wholesale butchery experience.
Must be able to demonstrate your ability.
Tasks & responsibilities
General butcher tasks
Cutting and trimming
Accurate portion cutting
Boning lamb legs, lamb shoulders, turkeys and chickens
Band saw operation
Lifting up to 30kg
Early Starts
Monday to Friday - No weekend work.
