Offshore Services Australasia (OSA) is looking for Expression of Interests from qualified and experienced B1.3 or B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) in a touring capacity.
While both the B1.3 and B2 LAME/AME will report directly to the Senior Base Engineer at the assigned base. The LAME will be responsible for undertaking and certification of maintenance, and both will carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the SBE.
Successful applicants will need the minimum requirements:
LAME
CASR Part 66/145 B1.3 or B2 License
S92 and /or AW139 and /or H175 Type Rating.
Unrestricted type rated license preferred.
AME
Experience on the S92, and /or AW139 and/or H175
Key Responsibilities
A visible safety champion who challenges unsafe acts and pursue improvements in safety culture and behaviors.
Comply with company policy & procedures for the performance, certification of maintenance pertaining to the applicable regulations.
Maintain currency with respect to all relevant documentation and Part 145/66 licensing requirements.
Skills/Experience:
Relevant Experience in Helicopter industry
Two (2) or more years’ experience in aircraft Maintenance
Time management and being able to work without supervision.
Ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload
Good communication and administration skills.
High attention to detail
This will be a challenging position that will operate on 15 days on, 13 days off roster, working 10.6-hour days, with the flexibility on start and finish shift times to cover a 16-hour operation. In return, you will receive the opportunity to gain valuable experience while working with a great team.
Operational requirements will be taken into consideration by the company when making a selection. All applications will be considered.
