Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled specialist Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in HVAC services.
Job Description:
As a specialist Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of HVAC equipment with a focus on Clivet chillers.
The ideal candidate will have had a experience with Clivet chillers and past experience with dismantling and
rebuilding chillers for tight hard to access plant room. A strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills,
and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients will be essential.
Responsibilities:
• Laser alignments, repairs and maintenance for pumps and compressor.
• Conduct routine maintenance on chillers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues with chillers, pumps and related
equipment.
• An understanding of BMS systems.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance tasks according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Troubleshoot chiller systems to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Document all service and maintenance activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide recommendations for chiller upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Pump and Heat Exchanger assembly, welding and general plumbing in the factory as required.
• Dismantle, reassemble and testing of chillers as required.
• Promote Masterflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
• Suitable certification or relevant experience.
Experience:
• At least two years of experience in a similar environment.
• Proven experience on Chiller dismantling and rebuilding and commissioning of same.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, chiller operation, and control systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components of chillers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
