HMA Wear Solutions is part of the HMA Group of Companies which specialise in the design and manufacture of ceramic lined and wear resistant equipment. HMA Wear Solutions are seeking a highly motivated, safety focused and reliable Tilers to join our Mackay Site Services Division.

Position description:
• Achieve any KPI’s implemented and agreed upon for this position. Manage and execute all site work, utilising efficient work practice4s, fit for purpose equipment and tooling, compliant materials and required PPE. Promote, monitor, review and maintain safe work practices.
• Undertake Plant and equipment assessments of condition, as per HMA direction, instruction and training.
• Ensure a professional approach and execution of undertakings is always maintained.
• Ensure all recordings of details for timesheets and materials, are honest, clear, accurate. Ensure all documentation is returned for processing to advised timelines and deadlines
• Report any work defects, short comings or identified issues to supervisors immediately.
• Promote positive and informative feedback to Supervision.
• Ensure all Weekly Work Schedules provided, are reviewed and clearly understood. Ensure compliance with any directions from the Works Scheduler/Planner are strictly followed, ensuring any issues with compliance to sche4dule are communicated immediately.
• Achieve professional outcomes in relation to performance and quality of work.
• Achieve any KPI’s implemented and agreed upon, for this position.
• Undertake performance reviews as required.

To be a successful candidate for this role, it is essential that you meet the following criteria;
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Australian Driver’s License
• Pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen and Pre-Employment Medical
• Fully Vaccinated for Covid 19

Salary: $35.50 to $48.83 per hour
