Time Pastry cook for the daily operation of our business.
Major duties:
? Mixing, preparing, and baking bread and pastries? Measuring and combining ingredients and usingmixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipmentto make baked and pastry goods.? Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough? Baking different bread types and pastry fillings.? Preparing and decorating of varieties of cakes; Skills of piping , masking and start to finish on cakes ,topping and creaming buns and pastries, including cake decoration? Assess the quality of raw materials before baking toensure conformance to set standards? Monitoring oven temperature and product appearanceto determine baking times? Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensurethat each item meets food safety and quality controls? Follow Occupational Health and Safety guidelines for all products and working practices, including adhering to cleaning procedures, maintaining food at the correct temperatures, correct storage of goods, safeoperation of equipment, and avoidance of spills, trips,and slips.? Inspect facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance
Work experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar position
Education/Skills: Relevant Qualifications
Salary: A$65,000 – A$75,000+ Superannuation
Annual Leave: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
