Earthcare Recycling consists of a very diverse fleet of trucks, trailers, bobcats, plant, and equipment. We are seeking a Boilermaker and Fabricator to undertake multifaceted roles in our busy workshop based in Middleswan.
Hours Full-Time + penalties
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 + Superannuation
Duties of the Roles (but not limited to)
• Boiler making and Fabrication of picking station, blower cages & spring-based impact beds for conveyor systems to assist with separation of commingled construction waste and material derived from the new residential home building industry, collected by our inhouse transport and earth moving fleet.
• Modifications and ongoing maintenance to existing plant and equipment both in the plant and processing area. Fabricate and refurbish site bins required for the separation at source business model we have developed over many years.
• Boilermaker and Fabricate, repair, and upgrade various components of the transport and earthmoving fleet. Continuous upkeep of the processing plant and site bins required for the separation at source business model.
Requirements of the Role:
• Boilermaker Trade Certified with proven experience
• Fabrication Trade Certified with proven experience
• C-Class manual drivers’ license with own reliable transport (essential)
• Forklift Operations (desirable)
• Be hands-on and able to complete given tasks
• Ability to take and follow directions, instructions and work unsupervised if required
• Be punctual, reliable, proactive, and have a good work ethic
• Positive, friendly, helpful attitude
