Position Overview:
Salamah College is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top-tier talent to join our faculty and staff. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates for various positions within Salamah College.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each role.
• Utilise various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to source qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through interviews, reference checks, and other evaluation methods to ensure alignment with Salamah College's values and objectives.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and negotiating employment terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to promote Salamah College as an employer of choice.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in Human Resources or as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
