As our IT Commercial Lead for Transformation, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of two IT Senior Commercial Analysts to drive the procurement and contract management strategy for IT agreements within the One Endeavour Transformation program; this includes managing the contract lifecycle from creating and driving RFx activities, contract negotiations and management of renewals across Hardware, Software and Professional Services.
Reporting into the Senior Manager – IT Commercial, with a dotted line into Transformation, you will work closely with Program Managers, Legal, Technology Stakeholders and Business Stakeholders across Endeavour Group’s key transformation streams to ensure the procurement pipeline is documented and requirements are met, contract expenditure is aligned with budgetary commitments and transformation-related procurement activities are performed within the guardrails of established procurement policies, procedures and processes.
The role requires an experienced negotiator familiar with constructing modern technology deals and must have prior experience running go-to-market activities including competitive co-design or competitive dialogue.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Lead a team of two IT Senior Commercial Analysts to develop and support a procurement roadmap for Transformation Programs.
- Ensure Transformation procurement activities are aligned with procurement policies, procedures and processes as driven by Group Procurement and IT Commercial.
- Engage with Transformation stakeholders to develop materials to support go-to-market activities.
- Manage and run RFx activities including facilitating workshops, vendor shortlisting and notification of award or unsuccessful bids.
- Review vendor proposals with a particular focus on commercial outcomes and business benefits in alignment with program and Group strategies.
- Act as the central point of contact for vendors during contract negotiations.
- Facilitate deal working groups between Legal, Transformation, Technology and Business stakeholders to support with key decision making.
- Review contract terms and help deal working groups with understanding the commercial value in contracts and risks introduced within negotiated terms.
- Maintain consistent operating processes for managing vendor partners.
- Facilitate benchmarking research exercises to ensure Endeavour to continue to have the best service options in the market.
- Experience with competitive co-design, competitive dialogue and/or dynamic sourcing processes.
