We are on the lookout for a Content Designer/Mid-Weight Copywriter to join our passionate creative team. If you’re a practiced wordsmith who thrives on crafting engaging content and are itching to make your mark with some of the world’s most famous brands – this is the opportunity for you.

 

The transformation you will experience

You’ll be part of a connected culture, working alongside fellow creatives, strategists, data experts and delivery teams to produce exceptional output. This opportunity offers a gateway to refine your skills while partnering with some truly iconic brands who span across the automotive and quick-service restaurant categories. The day-to-day of this role is direct response digital copywriting but beyond the BAU, you will lend your expertise to support the Associate Creative Director and wider team to drive creative growth and innovation across our portfolio of clients.

Here are a few things within your scope:

  • Delivering copy and content that connects brands with people and people with each other, across CRM, B2B comms, large-scale web initiatives and social advertising
  • Collaboration – you will be working with visual designers, strategists, data, and delivery teams to elevate the creative and have it connect with the entire digital landscape in a way that best serves both our brands and their customers
  • Being open to take and act on constructive feedback – we have extremely high standards for the creative work that we deliver
  • Demonstrating an eye for innovation – possessing but also acting on the desire to elevate our creative output by exploring new ways of connecting with people
  • Applying a masterful ability to ensure that copy projects stay on task & on brief
  • Showcasing strong client communication skills – demonstrating an ability to inspire clients with your craft skills, matched with a high level of comfort in receiving and effectively applying their feedback professionally

We’re looking for a copywriter who is both exceptionally qualified and a delight to work with, which usually includes:

  • Energy, a sense of humour, and an open & curious mind
  • Ideally min. 3 years of experience as a copywriter or content designer in a digital or creative agency with a portfolio that highlights the work you’ve done – preferably showing direct response and long-form copy work
  • The ability to understand digital channels and the different ways you write for them – adapting to different clients’ tone-of-voice and goals
  • Proven ability to own the end-to-end process, developing and delivering copy for large cross-channel initiatives
  • Communication skills that leave no room for questions or angst – you’re straightforward, you’re candid and, above all, you’re thoughtful & kind
