The Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in our organisation, responsible for developing and customising Salesforce applications to improve our business processes and enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new business workflows, as well as optimizing the customer journey on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to establish project plans and timelines.
- Implement new business workflows and processes within Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain visual workflows, process builders, and custom objects to tailor the Salesforce environment to fit business needs.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the application through effective design, coding, and testing.
- Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
- Work with our marketing team to refine customer journeys and implement new strategies within the Salesforce platform to improve customer engagement and experience.
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
