Viva Energy is in the midst of one of the biggest transformations our business has seen. The Viva Energy Retail team is working to build Australia’s largest Convenience Retailer - with an expansive footprint, an amazing customer offer and a highly engaged team.
This role works closely with our Organisational Development Manager and our Learning Partner to enable our annual development programs. The role is key in supporting the coordination of annual learning plan and our in-house development programs. The role will collaborate with business stakeholders and support our business to share learning offerings with our workforce. This role will have a key part to play in our business transformation, working on project work such as reviewing our current eLearning offerings and ensuring fit for purpose, and participating in our Strategic HRIS (plus LMS) development and implementation.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Coordinate learning activity such as learning calendar management, program catering and venue coordination, collating feedback and implementing enhancements to programs as required
- Support our Learning Partner with coordination of new or refreshed content into the LMS.
- Manage enterprise-wide training requirements (annual compliance training), including developing communication plans and reporting on compliance
- Regularly report on learning and ensure key stakeholders have oversight of learning required and outstanding learning
- Support the delivery our Strategic HRIS project, providing input into the development of the learning and onboarding/offboarding modules
- Project work associated with learning, including reviewing, and refreshing online module content, and aligning content across our businesses.
