We're on the lookout for a driven Field Team Leader to lead and inspire a team of Merchandisers across NSW & ACT for our client partner, Coles.

About the role:

We are looking for a Field Team Leader to join our business working with our client partner, Coles. This role is pivotal in driving and ensuring our Merchandising team provide first class execution across Coles stores.

Combining your retail experience and administration skills, you will focus on driving sales and managing key relationships with Area and Zone Managers in the Grocery sector.

We are looking for a collaborative leader that can bring coaching and training experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment, as well as drive fresh insights & ideas.

Benefits:

  • An attractive total salary package of $70,000$75,000 (including superannuation and car allowance)

About You:

  • Previous experience in people/team management in either Retail or Field Marketing is preferred
  • Ability to coach and facilitate training with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance
  • Strong time and priority management skills
  • Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel
  • Confidence to manage a team remotely who work across NSW & ACT
  • Car and valid drivers licence required
