EACH is a NDIS Partner in the Community delivering the Early Childhood Approach (ECA) Services in New South Wales, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory. The Early Childhood Approach helps families with children aged 0 - 9 with assistance, advice and access to the supports in your local community.

We are looking for an empathetic and reliable Administration Officer to join our ECA Team!
More than just a skills-based role, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, who values being part of a team, using their initiative, and contributing to the creation of a customer-centred, professional, and friendly working environment.

In this varied role, you will:

  • Support the ECA team with daily operations, inquiries, scheduling meetings, WH&S tasks, data collection, reporting, bookings and other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries (via phone and email) from families with empathy and respect.
  • Maintain up to date spreadsheets, data, files and other documents as required.
  • Contribute to a workplace environment which supports peers, teamwork and ensures the provision of quality services for clients.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working efficiently in a similar, complex and fast paced environment.
  • Proven initiative, confidence and ability to support other admin staff in the office.
  • Proven track record in developing, implementing and maintaining operational workflow processes.
  • Experience in processing invoices and credit card reconciliation.
  • Exceptional computer skills with experience and the ability to gather data and prepare detailed reports.

Highly regarded experience and qualifications

  • Early Childhood, NDIS or disability experience.
  • Qualifications in office/business administration or related field.

Reporting to the Regional Lead, you will provide high quality administrative support to the Early Childhood Approach team, which is made up of committed allied health professionals, teachers, social workers, educators, and administrative/reception staff.
