As a permanent full time member of our Environmental team based in Perth Airport, your primary responsibility will be to assist management in conducting routine analyses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely laboratory results.
The responsibilities though not limited to, will include:
- Undertake routine preparations and analysis of soil and water samples.
- Ensure equipment and laboratory is kept clean to avoid contamination.
- Carry out scheduled instrument calibration and maintenance in accordance with written procedures.
- Understand and adapt general laboratory QA/QC criteria and NATA accreditation requirements.
- Perform other duties as directed by your Supervisor.
- Maintain and update skills, qualifications and knowledge through internal, external and on-the-job training/courses to support continuous development and improvement.
