As a Time & Attendance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our workforce operations and compliance processes. You will oversee rostering, timecard management, and compliance reporting, working closely with various teams including Operations, People Experience, Payroll, and our Tanda account management. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing & Compliance:
- Ensure timely approval of all timecards and resolve any errors.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Payroll teams to rectify time-related issues.
- Monitor rostering and time compliance, addressing identified shortfalls.
- Stay updated on industrial instruments and legislation, applying this knowledge as needed.
Reporting & System Administration:
- Develop and distribute workforce operations and compliance reports.
- Enhance labor management processes through regular reporting.
- Implement system improvements and configurations, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Manage system incidents and integrations, and oversee training for new restaurant setups.
Coaching & Collaboration:
- Identify ongoing training needs and provide guidance to the Operations Team.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to align objectives and improve rostering practices.
- Collaborate with the PX and Payroll teams on compliance requirements and process changes.
- Work closely with Tanda to prioritize system improvements aligned with GYG's goals.
We're looking for someone with:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, or related field
- Previous experience with Rostering, Time & Attendance systems as a superuser
- Experience with Tanda would be ideal but not essential
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and achieve position outcomes with stakeholders at all levels
- Attention to detail
