This is an exciting opportunity to work with a progressive organisation. You will be required to schedule staff onto jobs on a daily basis, working closely with the other operations staff. It is essential you possess exceptional organisational skills along with great communication skills.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Understanding and ability to complete daily operational requirements including shift coverage as required
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of production and project sample collection and analysis
- Presents a united Leadership approach at all times and leads by example
- Implement effective document control within department
- Provide an onsite laboratory service to the Mine that supports the CHPP Services Contract
- Identify hazards and risks through regular inspections, audits, behavioural observations, JSA’s, HSE Inspections
- Safety is paramount and must be at the forefront at all times
- Ensuring equipment calibrations are completed and current
- You will liaise/communicate with employees and clients as well as internal staff.
