What does the role look like?
- Providing support to the ALDI National Safety Team.
- Respond to user queries and customise user tools and interfaces in the system.
- Assist in project updates/upgrades and implement safety systems
- Liaise with external service providers.
- Manage SharePoint site for ALDI’s Work Health and Safety Management System
- Use ARIBA system to process invoices and set up purchase orders for the National Safety team.
- Providing general office support services, including invoice/purchase order processing, distributing incoming mail
