Client Advisors are Kieser’s concierge service. We’re energetic, positive, friendly and outgoing people with exceptional customer service, sales and communication skills. We have an A+ attitude, an eye for detail and are the go-to person to answer questions and solve problems for our clients and colleagues.
As a Client Advisor you will:
- Welcome every client with enthusiasm and care
- Deliver outstanding client experiences
- Coordinate appointments / manage clinic diary
- Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, cash, online payments)
- Promote Kieser’s services
- Provide administrative support to our team and the clinic
- Host our clients like they’re your favourite dinner guests
