We are looking for an empathetic and reliable Administration Officer to join our ECA Team!

In this varied role, you will:
- Support the ECA team with daily operations, inquiries, scheduling meetings, WH&S tasks, data collection, reporting, bookings and other ad hoc duties as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries (via phone and email) from families with empathy and respect.
- Maintain up to date spreadsheets, data, files and other documents as required.
- Contribute to a workplace environment which supports peers, teamwork and ensures the provision of quality services for clients.
