We are looking for a part-time Guest Service Agent who has a passion for engaging with and assisting guests and colleagues. You will be assisting the Front Office Duty Manager with the daily tasks on the Front Desk. This role offers a great development opportunity to grow your skills and confidence in a busy hotel right in the heart of Melbourne, and to join the Accor group of hotels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a unique and personalized guest experience for each guest at our hotel by creating rapport with guests and using creative and personal ways to exceed guest expectations.
- Assisting reservations with booking requests
- Taking and directing all incoming calls
- Providing Concierge service, including giving insight to local activities and assisting in tour booking requests
- Assisting guests with luggage to and from their room
- Maintaining the presentation of the front desk and hotel lobby
