- Professionally interact with staff and clients, providing exceptional workplace experiences and ensuring that the front office is run smoothly
- Champion our Job Support program and provide coaching, guidance and supervision to our Job Support employee
- Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff and voicemails; taking messages as required
- Assist in the organisation, coordination and managing of corporate functions and events
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to staff, including general data entry, research, and errands
- Accurately type, prepare, and maintain documents and records
- Manage the office and kitchen supplies and liaise with cleaning and building maintenance to ensure the highest standards are upheld
- Book meeting rooms, arrange catering and assisting with AV equipment setup
- Organise couriers, manage the daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Champion WT workplace experience programs, assist in driving the coordination of various workplace activities and events
- Assist People and Culture with new starter onboarding
- Collate reports and other documentation including copying, binding and typing documents aligning with the WT brand
