  • Professionally interact with staff and clients, providing exceptional workplace experiences and ensuring that the front office is run smoothly
  • Champion our Job Support program and provide coaching, guidance and supervision to our Job Support employee
  • Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff and voicemails; taking messages as required
  • Assist in the organisation, coordination and managing of corporate functions and events
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to staff, including general data entry, research, and errands
  • Accurately type, prepare, and maintain documents and records
  • Manage the office and kitchen supplies and liaise with cleaning and building maintenance to ensure the highest standards are upheld
  • Book meeting rooms, arrange catering and assisting with AV equipment setup
  • Organise couriers, manage the daily incoming and outgoing mail
  • Champion WT workplace experience programs, assist in driving the coordination of various workplace activities and events
  • Assist People and Culture with new starter onboarding
  • Collate reports and other documentation including copying, binding and typing documents aligning with the WT brand
