A Commis Chef role where you will receive training, support and development from chefs with worldwide experience, but local passion. All of the kitchen roles at Mercure Melbourne Doncaster will be consultative in an environment that encourages team engagement. Furthermore, you will get experience across three different kitchens with multiple cuisines.
We are looking for the following:
- 1x Commi Chef with minimum 8 Hours Per Week
- 1x Commi Chef with minimum 12 Hours Per Week
