Assist the retail and commercial buying teams in day-to-day administrative tasks. Respond and resolve all queries related to the end-to-end supply chain raised by internal and external stakeholders.
- Raise and analyse purchase orders by email and EDI ensuring the outputs from our forecasting system are accurate.
- Maintain data integrity to ensure our algorithm outputs are accurate, this includes pricing, ordering and reporting.
- Perform routine inventory audits to maximize the efficiency of our current stock holdings.
- Manage existing POs and current bookings.
- Oversee the auto receiving system (PCC) to ensure accurate setup of suppliers and couriers.
- Create , manage and enrich new items that align with receiving and ordering processes.
- Load and manage all rebates.
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Create interstate and interbusiness transfers.
- Resolve and manage emails in queues through our ticket management system directed to the supply chain team.
