The ideal applicant with have a strong background in Quantity Surveying, ideally gained through the delivery of complex projects. Preferably you will have worked within a professional consultancy before, but those with a background in other areas, such as experience working for main contractors are encouraged to apply.
As a Cost Manager, you will strive to promote and maintain the highest of professional standards. At times, you may be required to oversee more junior staff, though you will be supported by our senior management team and the Real Estate lead who you will be working closely with.
Pre contract cost planning services during design stages of projects
Post contract progress claim and variation assessments
Engage with the local property market to gain market knowledge for use in the delivery of our services
Assist with the commission management of our commissions to assist in the successful delivery of our services
Integrate with full cost management and project management teams in Queensland and support when required
Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables
