About the role
- Oversee and deliver performance objectives by successful delivery of Sales initiatives.
- Lead and manage the Sales teams to maximise market position of the hotels on an ongoing basis.
- Work with the Portfolio Director of Revenue and Portfolio Commercial Team to achieve optimum revpar/revenue/yield results for all segments of the business.
- Develop a tactical approach to ensure the acquisition of major business opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Sales team to share key communication and drive activity.
- Review weekly forecasts and market share reports and actively participate in ensuring business levels and market share is maintained.
- Maintain existing client base to ensure business is retained by building and developing relationships.
- Participate and represent hotels at key industry / trade events.
