What you will be doing:
- Provide quality service to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
- Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
- Assist with check in and out in busy periods
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills
- Ensure procedures are followed for all monetary transactions, accounting and banking accordingly
