Due to rapid growth we are looking for individuals to join our Returns team based in Rosebery.
About the role
This role is a permanent full-time position, working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
Candidates must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
This position is a great entry level position into warehouse management with numerous progression opportunities available for suitable candidates.

Your day-to-day
- Processing returns on loop
- Opening, folding and retagging returned items with precision
- Quality control (QC) of items during returns
- Manually issuing store credits
- Registering stock back into the warehouse
- Receiving returns deliveries daily - this includes boxes and sacks of weights 20kgs (average) and occasionally palettes of weights up to 45kg
- Communicating with couriers & drivers during drop offs
- Assisting the wider warehouse team where needed during sale periods
- Progression to communicating with customers via email regarding orders
- Eligible for ongoing permanent work with no visa restrictions
- Must be fluent in reading & writing English
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task, show initiative & think quickly
- Ability to keep up in a fast paced working environment & ability to meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
