The Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our partnerships with new business entities. The purpose of this role is to drive the growth of our partner network by identifying  potential partners. The role involves working closely with the Marketing team to generate revenue for the new business team  by converting qualified leads and Demos. An AE will be expected to work with the Head of Account Management to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.

The role - what you'll do:

  • Convert leads into new Dext customers (inbound sales)
  • Develop & master consultative selling techniques
  • A drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Create a great first impression & provide a world class service
  • Self-sufficient, independent and highly motivated
  • Source new leads through different channels (LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals, etc) (outbound sales)
  • Adhering to process to achieve sales operation excellence 

Goals & Objectives

  • Meet the targeted revenue goal each month.
  • Achieve the designated number of calls monthly.
  • Reach the specified email quota per month.
  • Attain the set number of self-generated demos monthly.

About you - what we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding targets 
  • Proven creative problem solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email 
  • Proven capability of demonstrating software

Essentials

  • Applies knowledge of SaaS / tech to day-to-day role
  • Application of qualification and discovery techniques
  • Speaks with confidence when trying to ‘get-past-the-gatekeeper’
  • Experience working a wider range of stakeholders and you can tailor your communication style accordingly
  • Love selling, and owning your numbers 

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other softwares (Calendly, Salesloft, etc).
