What you’ll be doing
In this fast-paced role no two days will be the same! As Team Lead your duties will be to:
- Support staff from various disciplines and skills to work together to deliver best practice, outcomes based early interventions.
- Quality systems are in place to ensure KPIs, targets and other performance outcomes are met.
- Provides regular coaching, supervision, and training to create a culture of excellence where people reflect, continuously improve, and grow professionally.
- Maintains a caseload of children and families delivering early intervention supports and where necessary supporting the family to access the NDIS.
- Monitors data and workflows and takes action to ensure services delivered to families are timely.
- Uses data from a range of sources and stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement activities.
- Plans early supports programs that are evidence based, build capacity, are delivered in natural settings and support children and families to achieve their goals.
- Plans and delivers and induction program for new staff and develops resources and practice guides to enable staff to consistently deliver high quality services.
