About the job

We are seeking a skilled Content Designer with excellent writing and research skills to join our dynamic team.

As a member of the design team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and user-centered content that aligns with our brand identity and values for a variety of projects. You will work closely with the team members to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging.

The ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled, and imaginative writer with an eye for detail and a versatile writing style. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of content strategies that support marketing and communication objectives.
  • Create content for diverse communication channels: websites, blogs, videos, ads (digital/print), and social media.
  • Conduct research, surveys, and interviews to understand target audience needs and industry trends, ensuring content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Develop and maintain the brand's voice and tone consistently across all communications.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and implement improvements to maximize engagement and impact.
  • Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, clarity, and adherence.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline.
  • Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills.
  • At least 5 years' experience in content design and creation, with a focus on the fintech industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high-priority initiatives.
  • Bilingual proficient in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication.
  • Passion for writing with an excellent portfolio of work.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Preferably experience with SEO copywriting best practices.
