ABOUT THE ROLE: PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with a leading biotechnology company specialized in processing, manufacturing, and distributing allograft tissue products, is recruiting a Production Team Leader. MAIN PURPOSE: Maintain environmental conditions to ensure cleanliness and compliance with approved standards in work areas. Assist in training new manufacturing technicians. Encourage understanding and adherence to standard operating procedures among manufacturing technicians. Uphold good manufacturing practices. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all standard operating procedures. Encourage adherence to GMP and ensure a complete understanding of SOPs among manufacturing technicians. Demonstrate expertise in aseptic technique and instruct manufacturing technicians on proper procedures. Monitor and verify the accuracy of all documentation. Contribute to research and development efforts for new allograft types. Monitor the condition of equipment in GMP areas to ensure safety and functionality, promptly reporting any concerns to the Production Manager. Maintain adequate levels of consumables for manufacturing. Ensure production schedules are accurately maintained. KEY OUTPUTS: ? Lead their team to ensure key performance indicators are achieved ?
