Due to continued growth, we currently have an opportunity available for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-driven Site Supervisor to join our CSG team, located in Bayswater.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a diverse range of mechanical service projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Scheduling, monitoring and reporting progress on multiple projects
Building and managing client and sub-contract relationships
Ensure variation claim amendments are recorded and associated information issued to the project managers
Complete daily site diary and provide information to project and construction managers
Ensuring specification compliance including monitoring any defects and reporting on NCRs
Assist in monthly reporting including completion of ITPs
Complete As-Built documentation including drawings and equipment schedules
Ensure all site safety equipment (PPE) is available
Arrange test and tagging of electrical tools and maintenance of electrical tagging register
Conduct workforce planning and resourcing
Attend site coordination meeting as required
Ensure compliance with Fredon’s HSEQ policy
Other ad hoc duties are required
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
5 plus years’ experience as a Site Supervisor within the trade and service industry
Experience in managing small to medium scale projects within the building services inducting
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team
Experience with Simpro and Coins preferred
Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise, communicate and negotiate with customer representatives, site and office personnel, suppliers and subcontractors
Great attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Ability to solve problems in an efficient manner
Positive team player with a can-do attitude
Must have a valid right to work in Australia
