Total Insulation are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Construction Estimator to join their team in Coopers Plains.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
• Preparing quotations/tender proposals for existing and new projects by studying plans and specifications·
• Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes
• Pricing and quoting HVAC projects
• Site and tender meetings
• Completing material take-offs
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Negotiating with suppliers and contractors
• Reporting to senior management
Skills and Abilities:
• Ideally have a minimum of three years of estimating experience in the construction field or relevant
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering, construction management or an equivalent degree/trade background
• Experience within Commercial HVAC systems preferred
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
