Premium Investments Lead, Investment Services

Real Estate Licence / tertiary qualification in property or related discipline.Minimum 5  years’ experience in a similar role.Proven track record and prominent market profile.Experience in dealing and negotiating with institutions, corporate bodies, the public and individuals, both local and overseas.  Defines clients’ needs, drives service excellence and manages expectations.Excellent Communication skills both Written and Oral, ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staff.Intermediate with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project)We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
