12th February, 2024 We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to be part of our shutdown and project delivery team based at our site at Wodgina with Mineral Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of skilled mechanical trades people and ensuring that all works are completed efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical maintenance team. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan. Collaborate with other departments to schedule equipment maintenance and repairs without disrupting mining operations. Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of mechanical staff. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry. Trade background (Relevant qualifications) Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the mining sector. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
