Team Leader Maintenance  Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight LGIA Stream C Building and Trades Level 2-3 Site Tool Leading Hand Allowance 3 - $81,321 - $83,582 (Minimum rate depending on qualifications and experience)  Potential earning capacity of $100,000 per annum (Dependant on applicable penalty rates, over time and allowances) Licensed Trade Allowance and Annual Wage Increases in line with Certified Agreement  Location – Rockhampton Your new role Are you chasing a career change which will see you home every night? Do you have a desire for more diversity in your daily tasks?   Fitzroy River Water is currently recruiting for an experienced and trade qualified Plumber to join the Rockhampton team as Team Leader Maintenance. You will be responsible for directing, motivating, and leading a multi-disciplined team which are required to carry out a wide range of maintenance activities associated with Council’s water, wastewater and irrigation assets.  This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check). What we are looking for Leadership qualities and supervisory skills with knowledge and experience in leading a team to success. Good time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to contribute to and uphold Council’s Safety-First culture. Experience in the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure. Trade qualifications to operate as a registered Licensed Plumber and Drainer in Queensland.
