We're seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate looking for an opportunity to grow within the property industry! Your new company & role We're working with one of Canberra's leading development groups in search of a sales enthusiast. This is an opportunity to work with a reputable and established company that boasts opportunity for growth. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for potential buyers and residents of an up and coming community project. We are looking for an individual who is flexible and able to work and engage with diverse personalities, building ethical relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You'll assist the Sales team with various tasks including:
Handling customer enquiries and leads
Welcoming customers to the sales suite and showcasing the project features
Processing sales contract and update CRM system
Generating sales reports and providing feedback to the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
Liaise with external stakeholders regarding the status of sales and providing updates for partner builders
What you'll need to succeed
2-3 years experience in a similar role
Exceptional people skills and the ability to build ethical relationships
A current driver's licence
Experience in customer service and office administration, preferably land or property sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce or similar CRM system
Real Estate licence or registration is required
