Projects build value of 2 - 5 million based around Melbourne metro.  Responsibilities: Meticulously craft finishing carpentry elements such as trim installations and cabinetry setups, ensuring impeccable results that elevate the space. Cut and add design flourishes to window and door trim install and dress up baseboards at the floor and crown moulding at the ceiling install crown molding, wainscoting, and wall paneling  Read and interpret architectural drawings  Requirements: Demonstrated expertise as a construction carpenter, with a specialisation in finishing carpentry for luxury residential projects. Proficient understanding of carpentry methodologies, tools, and materials to execute tasks with excellence. Impeccable eye for detail and a dedication to achieving flawless outcomes in every aspect of the work. Ability to interpret blueprints accurately and follow design specifications meticulously. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.
