Role : Software Developer
Location: Sydney
Duration : Long term

Salary - 100- 120K AUD/annum
Roles and Responsibilities :
Involved in technical analysis, coding, testing, debugging and implementation of procedures to ensure the programs run as per client specifications
• identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
• testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification
• writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards
• writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures
Skills :
• Calypso API’s and domain knowledge
• Capital markets knowledge
• Java and Spring technologies
• Good Communication Skill
• Working knowledge of Calypso v14+.
• Hands on experience Scheduled Task, Reports, Workflow Rules, Custom Engine, Calypso Messaging framework.
• Should be expert on configuration of different entity via Calypso Main Entry Navigator and booking Trades.
• Good understanding of Calypso BO & reporting model.
• BO API customizations and updates
• Good knowledge of Calypso modules- Front middle and Backoffice
• Good knowledge on Asset Classes FX and Commodities
• Expertise in 1.8+ Java and Spring framework
• Should have good knowledge of JBoss and Spring Boot
• Should have hands-on experience on building queries in Oracle.
• Hands on experience with UNIX and control-M.
• Hands on experience in testing. Unit testing and performance testing.
