East Coast Bullbars (ECB) proudly manufactures the World's Best Alloy Bullbars. Based on the Northside of Brisbane, ECB is a high growth company that enjoys a large market share and offers exceptional progression opportunities for enthusiastic people. We are currently experiencing growth in the market place & therefore need to expand our production facility to meet customers demands.
We are seeking experienced welders who can weld in a production line environment. In addition to a minimum of three (3) years recently working in a welding role, you will hold a TAFE Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication or equivalent.
In addition to your base salary the business operates a KPI bonus systems that rewards performance above targets. This is available after to all employees a suitable qualifying period. ECB also supports its staff with annual end of year functions, staff BBQ's and annual service awards.
With a busy factory and growing business, you will need to be flexible, motivated and ready for a challenge.
Applicants who live on the north side of Brisbane will be given preference when making a decision on a successful candidate. So please include your home location in your application. All new starters to ECB will be given the necessary induction and training to fulfill all tasks required for the position.
Applicants will be required to undertake a physical examination as part of the recruitment process as this position does require some heavy lifting and physical labour.
