East Coast Bullbars (ECB) proudly manufactures the World's Best Alloy Bullbars. Based on the Northside of Brisbane, ECB is a high growth company that enjoys a large market share and offers exceptional progression opportunities for enthusiastic people. We are currently experiencing growth in the market place & therefore need to expand our production facility to meet customers demands.
We are seeking experienced metal polishers with a strong background in polishing alloy products. Knowledge in the use of hand and powered tools for metal finishing is required, as well as experience using buffing wheels and treatment compounds to achieve a mirror polished finish.
In addition to your base salary the business operates a KPI bonus systems that rewards performance above targets. This is available after to all employees a suitable qualifying period. ECB also supports its staff with annual end of year functions, monthly BBQ's and annual service awards.
With a busy factory and growing business, you will need to be flexible, motivated and ready for a challenge.

Applicants will be required to undertake a physical examination as part of the recruitment process as this position does require some heavy lifting and physical labour.
