We are seeking a competent and experienced Office Administrator with proficiency in Xero and Acuity Scheduling, along with a strong background in social media and sales, you possess a diverse skill set that can significantly contribute to the success of a business or organization. Award pay. We are close to public transport. Your role can encompass a variety of responsibilities, and here are some potential tasks that align with your skill set:

Financial Management:
Utilize your expertise in Xero to manage financial transactions, invoices, and payroll.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reconciliation of financial data.

Appointment Scheduling:
Leverage your skills with Acuity Scheduling to efficiently organize appointments and manage calendars and staff rosters.
Coordinate meetings and appointments for executives or team members.

Office Organization:
Streamline office processes and maintain efficient administrative workflows.
Implement organizational systems to enhance productivity.

Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the online presence of the organization.
Create engaging content to promote products or services and interact with the audience.

Sales Support:
Assist in the sales process by providing administrative support to the sales team.
Use your confidence in selling to engage with clients, answer queries, and support the sales funnel.

Communication:
Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring smooth communication.
Draft and proofread internal and external communications.

Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize your interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Technology Proficiency:
Stay updated on industry-related software and tools to optimize office processes.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support when necessary.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Share insights and contribute to the overall improvement of office operations.

Adaptability and Multitasking:
Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Living in Australia
Living within easy reach of Bennett Springs Perth
Good communication skills in clear English
Proficient in Xerox and Acuity Scheduling
Computer literate
Confident in using social media
Confident in selling face to face and on the phones
Able to design websites (preferable only)
