In this role you will be producing menu items for our signature buffet and a la carte restaurant dining.
Commis Chef – Pastry (Casual)
In this role you will bring to life the creations of our French boulangerie, Chou Chou. You will work as part of a small team to produce pastries and gateaux for Chou Chou and other hotel areas.
