The Role

Due to rapid expansion since our launch in 2023, we're looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition with a passion for attracting high-quality talent, exceptional candidate experience and improving the effectiveness of talent practices, to join our team.

Working as part of our senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for strategically leading our TA function, ensuring our team are able to meet the demands of our business as we continue to grow at velocity speed!


Role Responsibilities

  • Leadership - Own our Talent Acquisition function end to end and lead a high performing team of TA partners
  • Strategy - Develop and execute a recruitment strategy that aligns to Retinue's growth goals and vision  
  • Delivery - Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality talent across all roles at Retinue and implement effective KPI's to measure the effectiveness of the function
  • Data Analysis - conduct regular analysis of our recruitment data toidentify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement   
  • Employer Brand - Rollout various initiatives to uplift Retinue's employer brand
  • Stakeholder Management - Foster strong relationships with our senior management team built on trust and build recruitment resources for our managers to support their hiring journey
  • Technology management - Ensure our function is equipt with the best technologies that support automation and department efficiency
  • Vendor Management - Strategically partner with external vendors to continuously improve the function

Your experience

  • Experienceleading a high-performing recruitment function in a fast-paced, high-volume delivery environment
  • Excellent people coaching skills with a focus on mentoring for performance optimisation   
  • Strong understanding of end-end recruitment processes that service the needs of both volume and niche requirements, from sourcing through to onboarding 
  • Proven experience developing and executing on recruitment strategies that are fit to support a growth business
  • Experience implementing modern recruitment tools and technologies   
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills  
  • Strong data analysis skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership teams on recruitment metrics and trends   
  • Good experience in driving employer brand uplift initiatives
