As a Shift Leader at GYG Southbank, your responsibilities include guiding the team during high-demand service periods, training crew members, maintaining team motivation to actively improve the guest experience, and upholding our food safety and quality standards.
We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- A track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
