Your day to day will include:
- Thinking about and developing innovative solutions to previously unsolved road safety problems.
- Maintaining and continuously improving software products by contributing to the code base.
- Reducing toil through automation to improve both operational and engineering efficiency.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers while demonstrating our core values.
- Contributing to a shared knowledge base through technical documentation.
- Participating in pre-sales activities by providing technical input to sales team.
- Taking ownership of projects and seeing things through to completion, including non- coding tasks.
- Setting and improving existing standards for development practices.
- Fostering a collaborative environment by participating in code reviews and assisting other team members.
- Collaborating with other areas of business such as Operations and end users.
- Managing client communications on matters relating to technical aspect of our products when needed.
