The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Lex Medicus consulting suites, with the highest level of customer service.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the reception desk, and greeting all visitors to Lex Medicus
- Ensuring the smooth daily running of onsite medico-legal appointments including management of consulting suite facilities
- Providing a positive and engaging experience for both medical experts and examinees
- Build sustainable relationships, connections, and trust with customers & experts through open communication, resolution of issues and delivering on promises.
- Support onsite medical experts with administrative tasks including scanning, printing and Dictaphone use as well as document management
- Work collaboratively with other teams to support customer and medical expert needs
This role is a full-time, onsite position at our South Yarra offices.
