We are ready to welcome a Reservations Agent to our guest obsessed team in this influential role. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will play a pivotal role and deliver flawless customer service standards at every part of their journey. This contract will begin towards the end of March and is offering 2-3 shifts a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle incoming reservation inquires via phone, email and online channels
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate accommodations based on their needs and preferences
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently in our reservations system
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and policies to guests
- Handle special requests and accommodate guest preferences whenever possible
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
